The COA center is not the capital of the COA, but it is the place where all COA citizens go to get exercise, hang out with friends, and play games.
The COA is in the shape of a backwards L. The point where the 2 streets meet is where the US embassy and the COA center are both located.
The COA center has an adult swimming pool, and a toddler swimming pool. It also has a park, 2 tennis courts, a basketball court, beach volleyball, football, a shaded area with benches, and a really nice parking lot.
