The king is the leader of the Country of Austin, and has lots of power. The king is at power for 2 years at a time, before he selects 3 potential successors for the people to vote on. He is required to live in COA territory.
The king selects his council of 3 executives once he is elected. This is the King's Council. The king also has to select an admiral, and 5 different ministers during this same period of time.
The king is the main person when it comes to making laws. He can suggest a law, and then have the people vote on it. Or the people can recommend a law, and the king can issue a vote.
