The smaller a country, the smaller the taxes. In our country, everybody is financially stable, so we have no income taxes or property taxes. We only have small shopping taxes!

with many being citizens!

Nobody in this great country is allowed to be drunk, drink under the age of 18, take drugs, or smoke! This means only nice, good people live in the COA!
